Als ERP Finance Controller bewaak je de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van klant- en leveranciersdata binnen onze ERP-systemen. Met jouw kritische blik en oog voor detail zorg je voor correcte data, minimale risico's en efficiënte processen. Zo speel je een sleutelrol op het snijvlak van finance, data-analyse, risicobeheer en procesverbetering, en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Verwerken en controleren van contract-, klant- en leveranciersgegevens - Opvolgen van kredietlimieten, documentatie en bankgegevens - Beheren van portalen en administratieve systemen - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen voor een correcte dataverwerking - Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en systeemimplementaties - Ondersteunen van collega's als key user

Je beschikt over onderstaande kwaliteiten:

- Hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkgesteld door ervaring - Je werkt zorgvuldig en zeer gestructureerd - Je bent doortastend en accuraat - Je hebt een proactieve houding en kan zeer zelfstandig werken - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een goede basis van het Frans is een pluspunt - Je hebt een goede kennis van de office pakketten en leert snel nieuwe programma’s aan
