Voor een groeiende organisatie zoeken we een ERP & Process Analyst die mee instaat voor het beheer, de ondersteuning en verdere optimalisatie van het ERP-systeem.

Jouw taken

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en ERP-workflows
  • Ondersteunen van key users en collega's bij ERP-gerelateerde vragen
  • Testen en opvolgen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en updates
  • Meewerken aan ERP-, digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Documenteren van processen en systemen
  • Contact onderhouden met externe ERP-partners en softwareleveranciers
  • Opleidingen geven aan gebruikers
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma IT/Informatica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Je bent analytisch, kritisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt interesse in bedrijfsprocessen en digitalisering
  • Kennis van Supply Chain, SQL en Microsoft Office is een plus
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen
