Als ERP Project Manager ben jij de trekker van de migratietrajecten van bestaande ERP-systemen naar de nieuwste standaarden. Je zit niet in een ivoren toren: je staat met de voeten in de modder en beweegt je moeiteloos tussen de werkvloer in de productiehallen en het centrale management.

  • End-to-End Projectbeheer: Je leidt de migraties en uitrol van het ERP-systeem op verschillende sites, van de initiële analyse tot de uiteindelijke go-live en nazorg.
  • Mensen Mee Krijgen (Change Management): Je overtuigt lokale plant managers, IT-teams en operatoren op de werkvloer van de meerwaarde van de nieuwe processen. Jouw people skills maken het verschil tussen een technische uitrol en een geslaagde adoptie.
  • Schakelen in Dynamiek: Er lopen meerdere projecten en integraties door elkaar. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde; jij houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en bewijst je wendbaarheid in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Brug tussen Business & IT: Je vertaalt de operationele noden van de vestigingen naar gestandaardiseerde, schaalbare ERP-oplossingen.

We zoeken een stevige projectmanager die beschikt over een gezonde dosis pragmatisme, organisatietalent en een mensgerichte aanpak.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een aantoonbaar track record in het leiden van ERP-implementaties of -migraties binnen een industriële, productie- of supply chain-omgeving.
  • Mindset: Je bent hands-on, toegankelijk en schrikt er niet van terug om de productievloer op te stappen om te begrijpen hoe processen in de praktijk verlopen.
  • Change Management Skills: Je beschikt over uitstekende people skills. Je weet als geen ander hoe je weerstand omzet in enthousiasme en hoe je draagvlak creëert op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je kan goed overweg in een dynamische omgeving waar doelen snel kunnen verschuiven. Meerdere balletjes hooghouden is voor jou niet vreemd.
