Jouw werkdag draait om het soepel laten verlopen van alle operationele vragen en digitale processen.

  • Je vangt vragen en incidenten over het centrale ERP-systeem vlot op via telefoon, mail of het ticketsysteem.
  • Eerste-lijns incidenten analyseer en los je zelfstandig op, terwijl je complexere dossiers gericht doorzet naar de tweede lijn.
  • Door heldere documentatie op te stellen bouw je mee aan een centrale kennisdatabank voor al je collega's.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen om de gebruikerservaring naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Als verbindende factor tussen de werkvloer en IT sla je de brug tussen operationele teams op verschillende vestigingen.

Profiel

Voor de rol van First Line Support Employee zoeken we vooral iemand met een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en een klantgerichte instelling.

  • Ervaring met administratieve ondersteuning of een eerste kennismaking met IT-support vormt de ideale basis.
  • Je beschikt over de wil om bij te leren en pluis ingewikkelde vraagstukken graag met een gestructureerde aanpak uit.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als communicatief vaardig, vriendelijk en stressbestendig.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is aanwezig, terwijl een basis Frans of Duits een leuke plus is.
  • Affiniteit met grafische software of ERP-systemen zoals CERM helpt je snel op weg, maar is absoluut geen breekpunt.
