Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden 1 Ersatzteileverkäufer_in (all genders) Ihre Aufgaben sind:

* Telefonischer Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör sowie Auftragserstellung und Warenverwaltung über unser DMS und WMS (Warenmanagementsystem)

* Aktive Ermittlung der Kund_innenwünsche per Telefon, Mail, WhatsApp und diversen Onlineportalen sowie Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten

* Rechnungsstellung, Rechnungsprüfung sowie Gutschriftenerstellung

* Sicherstellung der Kund_innenzufriedenheit und professionelles Reklamationsmanagement

Ihr Profil:

* Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Gewerbe (von Vorteil )

* Mechaniker_innenlehre von Vorteil

* Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse erwünscht, Markenerfahrung von Vorteil (Opel, Chevrolet, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Fia Group, Kia, Toyota)

* ausgeprägte Kontaktfreude, Kund_innenorientierung und hohe Motivation

* Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Word)

* Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft

* bereits erworbene Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Das Angebot:
