Dit gewaardeerd kantoor in Rijkevorsel, met een ambitieus team van ongeveer 10 collega's, zoekt een enthousiaste Senior Accountant om het kantoor te versterken. Je komt terecht in een team waar collegialiteit en expertise centraal staan, en waar jouw ervaring echt het verschil kan maken.

Onder begeleiding van het managementteam neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor je klantenportefeuille en ondersteun je ook de junior dossierbeheerders in hun ontwikkeling.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille, van A tot Z, en adviseert klanten op financieel en fiscaal vlak.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert maandelijkse boekhoudingen en zorgt voor correcte rapportages.
  • Je bereidt fiscale aangiftes voor en ziet toe op tijdige en correcte indiening.
  • Je stelt jaarrekeningen op en bespreekt deze met klanten, in samenwerking met het managementteam.
  • Je ondersteunt bij bijzondere opdrachten zoals fusies, overnames en fiscale optimalisaties.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt junior dossierbeheerders en bent een mentor voor het team.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en geeft advies op financieel, fiscaal en strategisch vlak.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy-fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een accountants- of fiduciairkantoor, bij voorkeur met eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, proactief en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Kennis van Exact Online of andere boekhoudsoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent gedreven, leergierig en klaar om je expertise verder uit te bouwen.
