Voor een modern en groeiend accountantskantoor in de regio zoeken wij een gedreven Senior Accountant die de volledige verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een diverse klantenportefeuille.

Jouw Impact: Expert, Adviseur en Mentor

In deze rol ben je het vertrouwenspersoon van jouw klanten. Je beheert hun dossiers niet alleen cijfermatig, maar begeleidt hen ook proactief bij elke stap van hun ondernemerschap.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Portefeuillebeheer: Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het fiscaal en boekhoudkundig beheer van zowel vennootschappen als eenmanszaken.
  • Strategisch Advies: Je ondersteunt ondernemers met professioneel advies op financieel, fiscaal, juridisch en economisch vlak.
  • Coaching: Je fungeert als mentor voor een Junior profiel en begeleidt hen in hun professionele groeitraject.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige jaarafsluiting en fiscale optimalisaties, zodat klanten met volledig vertrouwen op jouw expertise kunnen rekenen.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 6 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Vakkennis: Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit, maar bent leergierig genoeg om je continu bij te scholen.
  • Soft Skills: Je bent een dynamische teamplayer met een aanstekelijk enthousiasme. Punctualiteit, planning en stressbestendigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Digitalisering: Je omarmt nieuwe software en digitale processen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
