Ben jij een ervaren allround renovatieprofessional die lichte renovatiewerken zelfstandig en verzorgd kan uitvoeren? Zoek je een flexi-job waarbij je zelf je werkdagen en uren kunt bepalen? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Wij zoeken geen hobbyklusser, maar een ervaren en veelzijdig persoon die kwaliteit aflevert en trots is op zijn werk.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je voert lichte onderhouds-, renovatie- en afwerkingswerken uit in appartementen en woningen, voornamelijk in Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant. De opdrachten zijn afwisselend en worden per project ingepland.

Mogelijke werkzaamheden: tuinonderhoud; schoonmaak en opruiming garages; binnen- en buitenschilderwerken; laminaat, vinyl en andere vloerbekleding plaatsen; plinten verzagen en nauwkeurig afwerken; binnendeuren en omlijstingen plaatsen; lampen en verlichtingsarmaturen ophangen; meubels monteren; keukens plaatsen en afwerken; badkamermeubels en sanitaire toestellen installeren; kleine herstellingen aan sanitair en elektriciteit; silicone-, voeg- en andere afwerkingswerken; woningen en appartementen gebruiksklaar opleveren.

Het gaat hoofdzakelijk om lichte onderhouds-, renovatie- en afwerkingswerken.

Zware ruwbouw, grote afbraakwerken en zwaar structureel werk behoren normaal niet tot het takenpakket.

Wij zoeken iemand die een opdracht zelfstandig kan beoordelen, voorbereiden, uitvoeren én netjes afwerken.

Je beschikt over:

  • minstens drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring in renovatie, afwerking, interieurbouw of gebouwonderhoud.
  • een brede technische kennis en ervaring met meerdere van de vermelde werkzaamheden.
  • een sterk oog voor detail, kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking;- eigen professioneel handgereedschap en bij voorkeur ook geschikt elektrisch gereedschap.
  • een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer;- de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig naar onze projecten te rijden. Rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt.
  • een correcte, betrouwbare en klantvriendelijke houding.
  • basis kennis van het Nederlands of Engels om opdrachten en veiligheidsinstructies goed te begrijpen. Andere talen kunnen zeker ook maar dan is een basis kennis Nederlands wel vereist.
  • het recht om als flexi-jobber te werken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt tijdig wanneer bijkomende expertise of een gespecialiseerde aannemer nodig is. Je kent dus ook je professionele grenzen.

Aantoonbare ervaring is voor ons belangrijk. Bezorg ons daarom bij je sollicitatie:

  • een kort overzicht van je werkervaring.
  • enkele foto’s van eerder uitgevoerde werken.
  • eventueel één of twee referenties.
  • een overzicht van de werkzaamheden die je volledig zelfstandig beheerst.
  • je gebruikelijke beschikbaarheid.
