Als Assistant Manager / Winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij de rechterhand van het management en zorg je mee voor de dagelijkse operationele leiding van de winkel. Je combineert leiderschap, klantgerichtheid en een hands-on mentaliteit om samen met het team elke dag het verschil te maken.

Jouw uitdaging Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de winkel optimaal draait en klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende winkelervaring.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse winkelwerking
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Waken over een verzorgde winkelpresentatie en goed gevulde rekken
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, versheid, orde en netheid
  • Mee opvolgen van bestellingen, voorraad en leveringen
  • Organiseren van kassa- en winkelactiviteiten
  • Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantenservice
  • Zelfstandig oplossingen zoeken voor operationele uitdagingen
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen bij afwezigheid van het management
  • Initiatief nemen en meedenken over verbeteringen en groei

Wie ben jij? Jij bent een energieke en ervaren professional die verantwoordelijkheid niet uit de weg gaat.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring binnen de retail-, supermarkt- of voedingssector
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol of als assistent-manager
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die medewerkers weet te inspireren
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en positief ingesteld
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht, ook op drukke momenten
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag mee op de winkelvloer
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, inclusief weekends en feestdagen
