Voor onze klant, bouwbedrijf, gaan we op zoek naar een ervaren calculator voor de ruwbouw projecten.

Jouw takenpakket als ervaren calculator:

  • Je staat in voor het bestuderen van plannen, bestekken en technische documenten met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en de administratieve voorwaarden;
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en analyseert deze;
  • Je voert rekenkundige controles en plancontroles uit;
  • Je stelt een gedetailleerde kostprijscalculatie op, rekening houdende met risico's, algemene kosten en marges;
  • Opvolging en verwerking van verrekeningen (meer- en minderwerken) tijdens uitvoering;
  • Je draagt jouw steentje bij aan het delen van kennis binnen het team en denkt actief mee aan verbeteringen bij gangbare processen en calculatietools.
  • Je bent de spilfiguur in de voorbereidingen van de ruwbouwprojecten waarbij je plannen, bestekken en meetstaten analyseert om nauwkeurige berekeningen te maken van materiaal, arbeid en tijd.
  • Door jouw expertise weet je makkelijk technische documenten te vertalen naar sluitende kostprijsberekeningen.

Profiel

Dit ben jij als ervaren calculator:

  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring als calculator in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur ruwbouw;
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of masterdiploma in de bouwsector;
  • Bouwplannen lezen is geen probleem voor jou;
  • Kennis courante calculatiesoftware zoals KPD, Autocad, MS Project,..
  • Sterk analytisch met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Zelfstandig werken maar je kan vlot communiceren en werken in team, je hebt op dagdagelijkse basis contact met de andere afdelingen;
  • Stressbestendig, je kan tegen deadlines, je werkt steeds nauwkeurig;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt.
