Je hebt al wat ervaring als carrossier en weet dat een perfecte herstelling begint bij een goede voorbereiding. Uitblutsen, schuren, plamuren en plaatwerk: je kent het vak en hebt oog voor het resultaat.

Tegelijk blijf je graag bijleren. Nieuwe materialen, technieken en technologieën volgen elkaar snel op en jij vindt het interessant om daarin mee te gaan. Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw ervaring te combineren met opleidingen binnen het merk en te werken aan voertuigen waarbij afwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als carrossier zorg je ervoor dat beschadigde wagens technisch en visueel opnieuw perfect voorbereid worden voor het verdere herstelproces. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden.
  • Demonteren van onderdelen om de schade correct te kunnen herstellen.
  • Uitblutsen en uitvoeren van plaatwerk.
  • Schuren, plamuren en andere voorbereidende werkzaamheden uitvoeren.
  • Wagens volledig schilderklaar maken.
  • Je werk nauwkeurig controleren en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Overleggen met je verantwoordelijke over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke opvolging zodat correct kan worden gecommuniceerd welke werken aan de wagen zijn uitgevoerd.
  • Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde BMW-dealer in Brugge waar techniek, kwaliteit en klantenservice samenkomen. In de carrosserieafdeling werk je samen met collega's die hun vak kennen en samen zorgen voor een kwalitatieve herstelling van elke wagen.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is, maar waar ook ruimte is om bij te leren en je expertise verder uit te bouwen. We zoeken iemand die zijn vak al wat kent en graag kwaliteit aflevert.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring als carrossier.
  • Een eerste stabiele werkervaring is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt ordelijk en zorgt mee voor een nette werkplek.
  • Je bent gedreven en hebt interesse in nieuwe technieken.
  • Je staat open voor opleiding en feedback.
  • Je hebt interesse in het merk BMW en moderne voertuigtechnologie.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's.
