Een kantoor waar je niet gewoon dossiers verwerkt, maar mee aan tafel zit met ondernemers.

Voor een sterk groeiend accountantskantoor in Antwerpen-Zuid zoeken we een ervaren Dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt en verder wil groeien in fiscaliteit en adviesverlening.

Je krijgt hier een eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z, werkt in een digitale omgeving en krijgt de nodige vrijheid om je dossiers op jouw manier te beheren. Heb je ambitie om je ITAA-titel te behalen? Dan word je hierin persoonlijk begeleid door een ervaren vennoot.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor de jaarafsluitingen, jaarrekeningen en financiële rapportering.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van je dossiers.
  • Je geeft klanten fiscaal advies en denkt mee over oplossingen die voor hun onderneming écht het verschil maken.
  • Je ondersteunt twee junior collega's en helpt hen groeien in hun rol.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en groeit steeds verder in een adviserende rol.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je beschikt over een ITAA-titel of hebt de ambitie om deze te behalen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt interesse in het verhaal achter de cijfers.
