Voor een sterk accountantskantoor in de regio Mechelen zoeken we een Senior Accountant die niet alleen cijfers correct verwerkt, maar ook graag een adviesrol opneemt en verantwoordelijkheid draagt binnen het team.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar een hecht team van een 15-tal collega’s dagelijks samenwerkt aan kwalitatieve dienstverlening voor ondernemers. Hoewel het kantoor deel uitmaakt van een grotere nationale organisatie met een 40-tal vestigingen, blijft de sfeer lokaal persoonlijk, collegiaal en betrokken.

Daarnaast hechten ze ook veel belang aan de sfeer op kantoor. Zo worden er regelmatig informele momenten georganiseerd, zoals een drankje na het werk of een etentje na een drukke periode zoals een btw-afsluiting.

Het resultaat? Een werkomgeving waar expertise, ondernemerschap en teamspirit centraal staan.

Jouw impact binnen het kantoor Binnen deze rol neem je een sleutelpositie in binnen het team. Je beheert niet alleen dossiers, maar bent ook een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor zowel klanten als collega’s.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • het zelfstandig opvolgen van een portefeuille klantendossiers
  • ondernemers adviseren op boekhoudkundig en fiscaal vlak
  • het begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior en medior collega’s
  • een voortrekkersrol opnemen op vlak van kennis en expertise binnen het team
  • opportuniteiten detecteren bij klanten en commercieel meedenken

Kort samengevat: je bent meer dan een dossierbeheerder. Jij bent een adviseur en partner voor ondernemers. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al een stevige basis heeft opgebouwd binnen accountancy en nu die stap vooruit wil zetten in verantwoordelijkheid.

Idealiter beschik je over:

  • een bachelor of master binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit of een economische richting
  • minstens 3 à 4 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor
  • een sterke kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit
  • een communicatieve persoonlijkheid met een commerciële mindset
  • initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin

Je bent iemand die graag meedenkt, initiatief neemt en zowel klanten als collega’s vooruit helpt.
