Jobomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder binnen de afdeling Servicing volg je de administratieve en operationele kant van hypothecaire kredietdossiers op. Dit doe je vanaf de ondertekening van het kredietaanbod tot de opvolging van het dossier na de ondertekening van de notariële akte.

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, notarissen, makelaars en interne teams. Door je ervaring in de bank- of verzekeringssector begrijp je vragen snel. Je analyseert situaties nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, efficiënt en professioneel worden behandeld. Je zorgt voor de volledige opvolging van hypothecaire kredietdossiers, zowel vóór als na de ondertekening van de notariële akte.

Je maakt deel uit van het Servicing-team en rapporteert aan de Team Leader Servicing. Je werkt nauw samen met notarissen, kredietanalisten, makelaars, klanten en verschillende interne diensten, zoals Collections, Levensverzekeringen en Boekhouding.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in een administratieve, economische, juridische of financiële richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de bank-, financiële of verzekeringssector. Ervaring met hypothecaire kredieten, servicing, beheer van klantendossiers of administratieve opvolging van financiële contracten is een groot pluspunt.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht. Je kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheren, de juiste vragen stellen en prioriteiten bepalen. Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel per e-mail als per telefoon in het Nederlands alsook in het Frans.

Je werkt graag in team, maar je kan je dossiers ook zelfstandig beheren.
