The posting

Als Ervaren Dossierbeheerder neem je zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille in handen binnen een groeiend accountantskantoor met bijna 50 jaar ervaring. Je bent relatiebeheerder en vertrouwenspersoon voor je klanten en combineert accountancy en fiscaliteit met persoonlijk advies op maat.

Complexere dossiers behandel je samen met dossierbeheerders. Andere dossiers superviseer je, waarbij je collega’s ondersteunt met onderbouwd advies. Met jouw expertise en betrokkenheid draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en geef je mee een gezicht aan het kantoor.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en optimaliseren van een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Opnemen van de vaste accountancywerkzaamheden binnen je dossiers.
  • Verzorgen van de fiscale werkzaamheden voor je klanten.
  • Zelf behandelen van complexere dossiers in samenwerking met dossierbeheerders.
  • Superviseren van andere klantendossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s met gefundeerd en gemotiveerd advies.
  • Fungeren als relatiebeheerder en vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over uiteenlopende vraagstukken binnen hun dossier.
  • Vertalen van technische kennis naar begrijpelijk en persoonlijk advies.
  • Bewaken van een klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Uitdragen van het belang van advies op maat.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit geniet de voorkeur.
  • Ongeveer tien jaar relevante ervaring binnen een advies- of accountantskantoor vormt je basis.
  • Kennis van Yuki, Silverfin en/of Expert/M biedt een meerwaarde, maar is geen vereiste.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen gaat samen met een resultaatgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid ondersteunen de kwaliteit van je dossiers.
  • Communicatief sta je sterk in contacten met klanten en collega’s.
  • Een positieve instelling en gedrevenheid kenmerken je samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Klantentevredenheid en persoonlijk advies op maat staan centraal in je aanpak.
  • Leergierigheid stimuleert je om je technische kennis actueel te houden.
