The posting

  • Je stelt zelfstandig onze handmatige draai- en freesbanken in voor herstellingen, het namaken van versleten onderdelen of het aanpassen van assen en lagerbussen.
  • Teach-In (Half-CNC): Je programmeert eenvoudige bewerkingscycli (vlakken, draadsnijden, kamers frezen) rechtstreeks aan de machine via de besturing.
  • Je leest vlot technische 2D/3D-tekeningen of werkt op basis van een binnengebracht model. Je controleert je eigen werk nauwkeurig met precisie-meetgereedschap.
  • Je bepaalt zelf de meest efficiënte bewerkingsvolgorde, de juiste opspanning en de snijsnelheden op basis van het materiaal (staal, RVS, aluminium, brons).
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren aantoonbare praktijkervaring in conventioneel verspanen (draaien en frezen). Experience met Teach-In of bereidheid om dit snel te leren is een must.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (TSO/BSO Mechanica, Werktuigkunde, Draaien-Frezen) of bent gelijkwaardig door pure ervaring.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer een onderdeel complex is.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA-attest (of bereid dit te behalen).
