Als Elektrisch Technieker in dagdienst bij Ciner Glass speel jij een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van onze productie-installaties. Je analyseert en verhelpt complexe elektrische storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en ondersteunt technische optimalisaties binnen onze ultramoderne glasfabriek. Heb jij een passie voor elektrische storingsanalyse, automatisering en technische probleemoplossing, en wil je mee bouwen aan een gloednieuw industrieel avontuur?

Kernverantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken

Onderhoud en Storingen

  • Uitvoeren van preventieve, curatieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan productie-installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Uitvoeren van foutdiagnoses op elektrische, elektromechanische en geautomatiseerde systemen
  • Afstellen, kalibreren en optimaliseren van sensoren, camera's en meetapparatuur
  • Aanpassen en controleren van machine-instellingen en procesparameters binnen vastgelegde richtlijnen
  • Ondersteunen en uitvoeren bij omstelling productie bij productwissels
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en betrouwbare werking van installaties en apparatuur

Automatisering & Optimalisatie

  • Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van PLC-gerelateerde storingen
  • Werken met frequentieregelaars, sensoren, motorsturingen en industriële automatiseringssystemen
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringsprojecten gericht op veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie
  • Voorstellen formuleren voor technische optimalisaties en structurele oplossingen
  • Samenwerken met productie, engineering en andere technische disciplines om terugkerende problemen te voorkomen
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van nieuwe installaties en technische verbeteringen

Samenwerking & Administratie

  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in onderhouds- en rapportagesystemen
  • Correct overdragen van werkzaamheden en technische informatie aan collega's
  • Delen van technische kennis en ondersteunen van collega's waar nodig
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsprocedures
  • Deelnemen aan wachtdiensten volgens een vooraf bepaalde planning
  • Diploma in een technische richting (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, automatisering) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als elektrisch storingstechnieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Sterke ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en automatiseringsgerelateerde storingen
  • Goede kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties en industriële automatisering
  • Ervaring met frequentieregelaars, sensoren, motorsturingen en industriële netwerken
  • Ervaring met het afstellen van camera's, meetapparatuur en machine-instellingen is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring in containerglas of een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving is een plus
  • Sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Proactieve houding met oog voor verbeteringen
  • Praktisch ingesteld en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sociaal en communicatief sterk, met een positieve bijdrage aan de teamdynamiek
  • Veiligheidsbewust en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en vlot met Engels
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienstensysteem
