Voor onze business unit Remant Globe Logistics zoeken we een Ervaren Expediteur die niet bang is om groots te denken. Ben jij klaar om de wereld te verbinden, from Antwerp to Anywhere? Wat ga je doen?

Als Ervaren Expediteur:

  • Beheer je zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z voor verschillende klanten en bestemmingen.
  • Sta je in voor klantenbeheer: van offerte tot de opvolging van de noden van de klant.
  • Onderhoud je een positieve relatie met al onze partners en leveranciers.
  • Regel je alle transporten en douaneformaliteiten.
  • Sta je in voor het regelen van de zeevrachten.
  • Beheer je de volledige administratieve afhandeling van de dossiers.
  • Heb je veelvuldig contact met de klant, rederijen, transporteurs, magazijnen en de interne douaneafdeling.

Wie ben jij ?

  • Je bent sterk in klantencontact en zorgt voor een uitstekende service.
  • Je bent communicatief en kan je makkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent een goede planner en organisator.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en verzekert een correcte afhandeling van de dossiers.
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze WIRE-waarden (Waardering, Integriteit, Respect en Engagement) en past ze toe in je dagelijks werk.

Jouw profiel?

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in de logistieke sector.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig het roer over te nemen.
