Als expediteur draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het logistieke proces van jouw klanten en hun goederenstromen. Je zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke aflevering. Je coördineert, communiceert en regelt alle stappen nauwkeurig en efficiënt, zodat klanten altijd op jou kunnen rekenen.

  • Beheert dossiers voor verschillende transportvormen zoals LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load), breakbulk en luchtvracht.
  • Fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s en zorgt voor duidelijke en tijdige communicatie.
  • Stelt transport- en douanedocumenten op, controleert deze en volgt alle relevante formaliteiten nauwgezet op.
  • Bewaakt het volledige transportverloop, van het ontvangen van de aanvraag tot de uiteindelijke aflevering van de goederen bij de klant.
  • Controleert aankoopfacturen, verifieert de juistheid en zorgt voor een correcte facturatie zodat de administratie altijd klopt.
  • Signaleert knelpunten in het transportproces en zoekt actief naar oplossingen om vertragingen of problemen te voorkomen.
  • Adviseert klanten over optimale transportoplossingen, tarieven en regelgeving om hun logistiek efficiënt en compliant te laten verlopen.

Jij bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en klaar voor de volgende stap in je logistieke carrière. Je hebt al wat ervaring opgedaan in een logistieke of administratieve functie en wil je verder ontwikkelen in expeditie.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring als expediteur en een sterke affiniteit met de logistieke sector, inclusief kennis van de Antwerpse haven.
  • Denkt actief mee met klanten, begrijpt hun behoeften en kan oplossingen voorstellen die aansluiten bij hun logistieke processen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan overzicht behouden in complexe dossiers met meerdere transportvormen en partijen.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor in logistiek, supply chain of gelijkwaardige werkervaring die diepgaande kennis van transport en douaneprocessen bevestigt.
  • Is administratief sterk, kan rapporten, transportdocumenten en correspondentie vlot opstellen en nauwkeurig afhandelen.
  • Kan klantgericht en oplossingsgericht handelen, problemen signaleren en direct aanpakken om het transportproces soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van MS Office, kan systemen efficiënt gebruiken en ondersteunt zo een gestructureerde workflow.
  • Beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, Engels op gevorderd niveau, Frans goed; kennis van Duits is een voordeel en kan communicatie met internationale partners vergemakkelijken.
  • Heeft een proactieve houding, houdt zich op de hoogte van veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en past deze toe in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
