Jouw rol in de werkplaats

Als onze ervaren Fietstechnicus ben je de spil van de werkplaats. Je werkt volledig zelfstandig en bent verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig onderhoud, de diagnose en de reparatie van ons brede assortiment fietsen. Je bent meer dan een hersteller; je bent een technisch expert die zowel de fijne kneepjes van de klassieke fiets als de complexe elektronica van e-bikes beheerst.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Uitvoeren van alle voorkomende reparaties en preventief onderhoud aan diverse fietstypes (stadsfietsen, bakfietsen, mountainbikes, racefietsen, etc.).
  • E-bike Diagnostiek en Reparatie: Oplossen van complexe elektrische storingen. Diagnose stellen en herstellingen uitvoeren aan motoren, accu's en displays (met kennis van gangbare systemen zoals Bosch, Shimano, Bafang, enz.). Up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste e-bike technologieën en software-updates.
  • Herstellen en restaureren van oudere en klassieke fietsen met oog voor detail en ambacht.
  • Rijklaar maken van nieuwe fietsen en een grondige eindcontrole uitvoeren op alle herstellingen.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar professionele ervaring als fietstechnicus/fietshersteller (geen hobbybasis).
  • Je hebt een bewezen, grondige kennis van zowel klassieke mechanica als moderne elektrotechniek (e-bikes).
  • Je bent proactief, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent in staat om complexe problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, efficiënt en met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent leergierig en volgt de snelle ontwikkelingen in de fietssector, met name op het gebied van e-mobility.
