The posting

Als fietsmekanieker/fietshersteller ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met fietsproblemen. Je herstelt en onderhoudt zowel stadsfietsen als e-bikes en racefietsen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van garantiedossiers en zorg je ervoor dat elke klant tevreden de winkel verlaat.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag analyseer je defecten, voer je herstellingen uit en stel je diagnoses. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s aan het volledige assortiment fietsen en accessoires. Je verwerkt administratieve taken zoals het registreren van herstellingen en het opvolgen van garantieaanvragen. Regelmatig help je klanten met technische vragen en geef je advies over onderhoud.

  • Hoger secundair of lager secundair onderwijs

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en nauwkeurigheid
