Wat ga je precies doen Als senior controller draag je bij aan het financiële succes van onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en zorgt voor overzicht, kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie binnen de gehele groep. Met jouw analytische vaardigheden vertaal je cijfers naar bruikbare adviezen die bijdragen aan groei en winstoptimalisatie. Je krijgt de kans om verbeteringen door te voeren in een dynamische en snelgroeiende omgeving waar jouw ideeën worden gewaardeerd. Wat je gaat doen: - Opstellen: van geconsolideerde maand- en jaarrapportages voor alle entiteiten binnen de groep; - Adviseren: van de directie over kostenbeheersing, winstoptimalisatie en het benutten van subsidies; - Coördineren: van de samenwerking met de accountant en bewaken van auditdossiers; - Bijdragen: aan de vernieuwing van het ERP-systeem en ontwikkeling van managementrapportages, zoals Power BI; - Bewaken: van verzekeringsportefeuilles en naleving van wet- en regelgeving, inclusief CBS-enquêtes.

Functie-eisen We zoeken een analytische en proactieve groepscontroller die strategie en operatie effectief weet te verbinden. - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance of Accountancy; - Ervaring met consolidatie, rapportage en financiële analyse; - Kennis van ERP-systemen; ervaring met Power BI is een plus; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht; - Praktische instelling: je denkt én handelt oplossingsgericht.
