FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een groeiende KMO gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige chocolade zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren inpakverantwoordelijke.

Heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en beschik je over een sterke technische affiniteit? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw taken:

Als inpakverantwoordelijke speel je een sleutelrol binnen het productieproces. Je combineert leidinggeven met een hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat alles op de inpakafdeling vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

  • Je leert alle taken binnen de inpakafdeling grondig kennen, zodat je waar nodig kunt bijspringen en ondersteuning kunt bieden aan het team.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct afdrukken en beheren van etiketten.
  • Je stuurt de inpakmedewerkers dagelijks aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team begeleid, ondersteun en motiveer je jouw collega's.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal en de opleiding van nieuwe inpakmedewerkers en volgt hun ontwikkeling nauwgezet op door constructieve feedback te geven.
  • Je waakt voortdurend over de naleving van de hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de magazijnverantwoordelijke neem je een aantal van diens taken over om de continuïteit van de werking te garanderen.

Kortom, je bent een betrokken en verantwoordelijke teamspeler die het goede voorbeeld geeft en mee bouwt aan een kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een verantwoordelijke of leidinggevende functie.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en gaat proactief te werk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en voelt je comfortabel bij het geven van feedback en het begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, denkt in oplossingen en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
