Voor een internationaal bedrijf actief in de tandheelkundige sector zoeken we een Inside Sales Vertegenwoordiger voor de Benelux. In deze rol beheer je het volledige commerciële proces, van prospectie en cold calling tot het closen van deals en het onderhouden van langetermijnrelaties met tandartsen. Je werkt nauw samen met het Field Sales Team en maakt dagelijks gebruik van Salesforce om jouw sales pipeline op te volgen.

Al tientallen jaren ontwikkelen en commercialiseren zij innovatieve oplossingen die dagelijks gebruikt worden door tandartsen en andere professionals binnen de mondzorg. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid blijven zij groeien binnen de Benelux en daarbuiten.

Omschrijving

Als Inside Sales Vertegenwoordiger ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject van A tot Z. Je bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit en begeleidt tandartsen vanaf het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke deal én de verdere opvolging.

Je werkt nauw samen met het Field Sales Team en fungeert als een echte business partner voor jouw klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief prospecteren van tandartspraktijken binnen de Benelux.
  • Dagelijks uitvoeren van outbound prospectie en cold calling (gemiddeld 10 gesprekken per dag).
  • Identificeren van opportuniteiten en commerciële behoeften bij klanten.
  • Presenteren van producten en oplossingen via telefoon en online meetings.
  • Zelfstandig onderhandelen en closen van deals.
  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met bestaande klanten.
  • Werken in tandem met het Field Sales Team om maximale commerciële resultaten te behalen.
  • Beheer van het volledige salesproces via Salesforce.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van opportuniteiten, offertes en klantgegevens.
  • Je bent drietalig: Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring ervaring binnen Inside Sales, Sales Development, Tele-sales of B2B Sales.
  • Ervaring met cold calling is een absolute must.
  • Je haalt energie uit prospecteren, onderhandelen en deals sluiten.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met CRM-systemen, bij voorkeur Salesforce.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan zelfstandig jouw klantenportefeuille beheren.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven, resultaatgericht en klantgericht.
  • Ervaring binnen de medische, farmaceutische of dentale sector is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
