Ben jij sterk in het behandelen van incassodossiers in de gerechtelijke fase? Ga je daarbij voor het hoogst mogelijke inningsresultaat rekening houden met de betalingscapaciteit van de debiteur om zo tot verantwoorde afspraken te komen? Voor ons kantoor in Arnhem, zijn wij op zoek naar een jurist voor 0.8 fte - 1,0 fte (30-37.5 uur).

Jouw primaire taak als jurist / ervaren incassojurist is:

Het juist en tijdig verrichten van de binnen de incasso- en deurwaarderspraktijk voorkomende juridische werkzaamheden, waaronder het behandelen en voeren van gerechtelijke procedures op tegenspraak voor de opdrachtgevers van Inkassier. Evenals het vervaardigen van diverse exploten en het beoordelen van incidentele (incasso)opdrachten.

Taken Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:

- Het voeren van diverse correspondentie met ondermeer opdrachtgevers, debiteuren, gemachtigden en de rechtbank;

- Het maken van handmatige (maatwerk) dagvaardingen, verzoekschriften ten behoeve van conservatoir beslag en faillissementsaanvragen, verzetdagvaadingen en dagvaardingen in hoger beroep;

- Het opstellen van alle soorten processtukken in een gerechtelijke procedure;

- Het bijstaan of vertegenwoordigen van de opdrachtgevers tijdens zittingen, decente en overige proceshandelingen;

- Het adviseren van opdrachtgevers en collega’s in alle voorkomende juridische vraagstukken, zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd;

- Het beoordelen van en adviseren over incidentele incasso-opdrachten;

- Het behandelen van klachten van debiteuren.

Vereisten Je brengt mee:

- Een professionele, klant- en resultaatgerichte werkhouding;

- Diploma HBO Recht of Universitair Nederlands Recht;

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;

- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;

- Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
