The posting

Als KRMT-makelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van aan- en verkooptrajecten in Hillegom en de omliggende Bollenstreek. Je voert zelfstandig bezichtigingen, woningopnames, verkoopgesprekken en waardebepalingen uit. Je adviseert verkopers over de juiste verkoopstrategie, begeleidt biedingen en onderhandelingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten gedurende het gehele traject professioneel worden begeleid. Daarnaast verwachten we dat je commercieel actief bent. Je ziet kansen in de markt, onderhoudt contacten met bestaande relaties en bouwt je netwerk verder uit. Omdat je al ervaring hebt, hoef je niet meer aan de hand meegenomen te worden. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, je eigen aanpak te gebruiken en verder te bouwen aan de positie van het kantoor in de regio.

We zoeken een ervaren makelaar die zelfstandig kan werken en zich thuis voelt in de lokale woningmarkt. Je bent bij voorkeur gediplomeerd KRMT en hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen de woningmakelaardij. Je hebt ervaring met verkoopgesprekken, woningopnames, bezichtigingen, onderhandelingen en aankoopbegeleiding. Kennis van Hillegom en de Bollenstreek is belangrijk. Je kent de lokale woningmarkt of hebt aantoonbare ervaring in deze regio en weet wat er speelt. Daarnaast ben je commercieel, representatief en communicatief sterk. Je vindt het leuk om contacten te leggen en bestaande relaties verder uit te bouwen.
