Voorbereiding van Oppervlakken:

  • Controleren van 3D-geprinte stukken op onregelmatigheden, beschadigingen of oneffenheden.
  • Schoonmaken en ontvetten van de stukken om ervoor te zorgen dat het oppervlak klaar is voor de afwerkingslaag.
  • Het schuren of behandelen van oppervlakken indien nodig om een optimale hechting van de verf te garanderen.

Afwerking van Stukken:

  • Het aanbrengen van primerlagen, verf of lak op 3D-geprinte objecten volgens specificaties en standaarden.
  • Gebruiken van verschillende applicatiemethoden, afhankelijk van het type materiaal en het gewenste eindresultaat.
  • Controleren van de consistentie, kleur en dikte van de aangebrachte afwerkingslaag.

Kwaliteitscontrole:

  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige controles na elke afwerkingsfase om te garanderen dat de stukken voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Identificeren en corrigeren van eventuele fouten of onregelmatigheden in de afwerkingslaag.
  • Bijhouden van rapporten over het uitgevoerde werk en geconstateerde problemen.

Onderhoud van Apparatuur:

  • Regelmatig schoonmaken en onderhouden van lakspuiten, borstels en andere gereedschappen om een langdurige en optimale werking te waarborgen.
  • Toezien op de goede werking van de spuitcabine en andere apparatuur, inclusief het uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties of onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Veiligheidsprocedures:

  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving door het naleven van de gezondheids- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen, zoals het dragen van beschermende kleding en maskers.
  • Juiste opslag en omgang met verfproducten, oplosmiddelen en andere chemische stoffen.

Samenwerking en Communicatie:

  • Samenwerken met andere teamleden en afdelingen om deadlines te halen en de productie-efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  • Actief communiceren over mogelijke problemen of vertragingen in het proces.
  • Je hebt ervaring met schilderen/lakken, bij voorkeur in een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van het mengen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurigheid en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent flexibel en resultaatgericht.
