Als lasser/samensteller/werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en aflassen van metalen constructies, met een focus op trappen en leuningen. Je werkt met verschillende gereedschappen en machines om onderdelen te zagen, boren, ponsen, knippen en plooien. Plannen lezen en nauwkeurig werken zijn voor jou dagelijkse kost. Je brengt jouw technisch inzicht en vakmanschap in om steeds een kwalitatief eindresultaat te bezorgen.Je start je dag om 7u samen met je collega’s. Je verdeelt de taken, bespreekt de planning en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag. Tijdens de dag werk je afwisselend aan verschillende projecten, van het voorbereiden van stukken tot het lassen en monteren. Je communiceert vlot met je team en denkt proactief mee om samen de beste kwaliteit te leveren. Op vrijdag eindigt je werkweek al om 13u45, zodat je vroeger kan genieten van je weekend.Ben jij een echte teamspeler met oog voor detail en zin voor initiatief? Zoek je een vaste job in een stabiel team waar je jouw technische vaardigheden kan inzetten en verder ontwikkelen?   • Je behaalde een diploma lager of hoger secundair onderwijs, liefst in een technische richting
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring met lassen en samenstellen
  • Plannen lezen en technisch inzicht zijn jouw sterktes
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en teamgericht werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Je toont initiatief en streeft steeds naar een hoge afwerkingsgraad
  • Ervaring met zagen, boren, ponsen, knippen en plooien is een plus
  • Rijbewijs C is mooi meegenomen maar geen vereiste
