Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde productieonderneming in Oostende met meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in de verwerking van zeevruchten. De productieomgeving is modern en professioneel georganiseerd, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team waarin collega's samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen. Het bedrijf is internationaal actief en blijft groeien. Tegelijk heerst er een no-nonsense sfeer waarin mensen graag de handen uit de mouwen steken.

Jobomschrijving

Je combineert magazijnwerk met operationele ondersteuning en administratie. Geen dag is dus volledig hetzelfde. Magazijn & logistiek

  • Je bestuurt de reachtruck voor het verplaatsen en stockeren van goederen.
  • Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van goederen.
  • Je beheert mee de voorraad en voert voorraadcontroles uit.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande goederen correct.
  • Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn.

Operationele ondersteuning

  • Je bent de rechterhand van de verantwoordelijke en ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je voert controles uit op de werkvloer met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen op en denkt mee na over praktische oplossingen.
  • Je springt in bij productie, logistiek of andere afdelingen wanneer dat nodig is.

Administratie

  • Je registreert goederenbewegingen, productiedata en controles.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in de bedrijfssoftware.
  • Je houdt documenten en rapporteringen correct bij.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens tijdig en nauwkeurig geregistreerd zijn.
  • Je hebt ervaring als magazijnier.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een reachtruck en beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldig attest.
  • Je kent de basis van magazijnbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met digitale registratiesystemen.
  • Je toont initiatief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring in een voedings- of productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent niet bang van een koude werkomgeving.
