Ben jij sterk in commerciële administratie en krijg je energie van een goede opvolging van bestelling tot factuur? Voor een functie in de regio Tielt zoeken we een ervaren medewerker commerciële binnendienst die klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen vlot met elkaar verbindt.

Nauwkeurigheid, commerciële feeling en een gestructureerde aanpak staan centraal in deze veelzijdige functie.

Wat ga je doen: - Klanten- en orderdossiers van A tot Z beheren, van orderverwerking tot levering en facturatie. - Orders administratief correct verwerken en de volledige opvolging bewaken. - Facturatiegegevens controleren en instaan voor correcte en tijdige facturen. - Prijsverschillen, correcties, creditnota’s en andere commerciële afwijkingen behandelen. - Commerciële afspraken rond prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en condities nauwgezet opvolgen. - Het salesteam ondersteunen bij commerciële administratie en dossieropvolging. - Klanten in binnen- en buitenland professioneel te woord staan en vragen efficiënt behandelen. - Afstemmen met productie, planning en logistiek om orders en leveringen vlot te laten verlopen. - Transporten organiseren en levertermijnen actief opvolgen. - Exportdossiers administratief voorbereiden en de nodige documenten opvolgen. - Klantvragen en klachten behandelen met oog voor een correcte en klantgerichte oplossing. - Een efficiënte order-to-cashflow bewaken van bestelling tot betaling. Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen commerciële binnendienst, customer service, sales support of supply chain. Een stevige kennis van facturatieprocessen en commerciële administratie. Praktische ervaring met logistiek en transport; kennis van export vormt een extra troef. Vlotte beheersing van ERP-systemen en courante MS Office-toepassingen. Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Analytisch en nauwkeurig werken en tegelijk de juiste prioriteiten kunnen bepalen. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor dossiers en gemaakte afspraken consequent opvolgen. Klantgericht en professioneel communiceren met verschillende interne en externe contacten. Overzicht bewaren wanneer verschillende dossiers en deadlines samenkomen. Flexibel en stressbestendig omgaan met wijzigingen, vragen en onverwachte situaties.
