Heb jij doorheen de jaren geleerd dat echt kwaliteitswerk begint bij aandacht voor elk detail? Werk je graag in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid belangrijker is dan snelheid en waar collega's elkaar met respect behandelen? Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan de montage en afwerking van elektronische toepassingen die aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen moeten voldoen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Fijn solderen van elektronische componenten.
  • Monteren van printplaten en elektronische behuizingen.
  • Werken met een microscoop voor uiterst precieze montage.
  • Aansluiten van kabels en samenbouwen van elektronische modules.
  • Beschermlagen zorgvuldig aanbrengen op afgewerkte printplaten.
  • Na elke stap een kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren, zodat elk onderdeel perfect afgewerkt wordt.
  • Mee waken over de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard waar het bedrijf voor bekendstaat.

Elke opdracht vraagt concentratie, nauwkeurigheid en vakkennis. Dat maakt jouw werk boeiend en afwisselend.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar elektronische toepassingen worden ontwikkeld voor de luchtvaart. Achter elk afgewerkt product staat een team van ervaren vakmensen die fier zijn op hun werk. Hier krijg je de tijd om zorgvuldig te werken en wordt jouw ervaring gewaardeerd. Nieuwe technieken leer je stap voor stap kennen, ondersteund door collega's die hun kennis graag delen. Je bent iemand die fier is op verzorgd werk en graag de tijd neemt om alles correct af te werken. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving, fijne montage of precisiewerk.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een vaste hand en oog voor detail.
  • Het vermogen om langdurig geconcentreerd te werken.
  • Interesse in elektronica en technisch montagewerk.
  • Ervaring met fijnsolderen of technische tekeningen is een mooie meerwaarde.
