Functie informatieAls medewerker salarisadministratie verricht je diverse werkzaamheden op het gebied van salarisadministratie voor onze klanten. Je voert zelfstandig de salarisadministratie voor een grote diversiteit aan klanten. In het gehele proces adviseer en ondersteun je de klant om de salarisadministratie zo efficiënt mogelijk uit te voeren. Dit betekent dat je in staat moet zijn snel te schakelen tussen verschillende klanten en bijbehorende Cao's. Dit vergt dus veel van je organisatievermogen om tijdlijnen te bewaken en zodoende een tijdige en correcte verwerking van de salarisadministratie te garanderen. Je onderscheidt je door je vermogen om naast het uitvoeren van de administratieve taken, problemen op te lossen en processen te optimaliseren.
