We zijn op zoek naar een heel ervaren monteur voor een bedrijf die werkt in staalcontructies.

Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in

  • montage van grote staalconstructies
  • industriële montagewerken
  • mechanisch onderhoud
  • industriële verhuizingen
  • mobiele kraanwerken Zij werken voornamelijk voor staalconstructeurs, industriële klanten, productiebedrijven en algemene aannemers. Hun hoofdactiviteit blijft echter staalmontage op industriële en complexe bouwprojecten. Zij monteren geen kleine decoratieve staalconstructies of lichte atelierwerken, maar zware dragende staalstructuren van tientallen tonnen, en bij grotere projecten zelfs honderden tonnen staal. Sommige individuele stukken wegen meerdere tonnen en worden gemonteerd op grote hoogte met behulp van mobiele telescoopkranen, hoogwerkers en hijsmaterieel. Wij zoeken specifiek een kandidaat met aantoonbare ervaring in het monteren van grote staalconstructies op werven. De kandidaat zal onder andere instaan voor:
  • montage van staalconstructies op industriële werven
  • plaatsen van bordessen, trappen en roostervloeren
  • monteren van ondersteunende staalstructuren
  • uitlijnen en positioneren van staalonderdelen
  • veilig aanpikken van lasten voor hijswerken
  • uitvoeren van kleine aanpassingswerken op de werf (slijpen, boren, kleine laswerken, enz.)
  • samenwerken met mobiele telescoopkranen en hoogwerkers
  • naleven van veiligheidsprocedures op hoogte en op industriële sites

Je opdrachten gebeuren meestal in een team van 2 tot 5 collega's. Je vertrekt elke dag vanuit het atelier naar de werflocaties. Daarom is een rijbewijs B noodzakelijk om met de bestelwagen te kunnen rijden.

Je werkdag start meestal tussen 6u en 7u. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed — belangrijk voor de communicatie via walkie-talkies op de werf.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in monteren van grote dragende staalconstructies, complexe industriële montagefases, samenwerken met kraanmachinbisten en montageploegen, montagewerken onder hijsoperaties, ...
  • Je kan montageplannen interpreteren.

Je hebt de juiste mentaliteit: leergierig, gemotiveerd en bereid om een technisch beroep onder de knie te krijgen.

  • Fysiek en zwaarder werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent handig en technisch aangelegd.
  • Je respecteert alle veiligheidsregels en volgt die strikt op.

Je hebt reeds ervaring met werken op hoogte en voelt je comfortabel hierbij.

Buiten werken, in verschillende weersomstandigheden, is geen probleem voor jou.
