Voor een productiebedrijf actief in de verpakkingssector in Zele zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren onderhoudsmecanicien in dagdienst.

Als onderhoudsmecanicien ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het technisch team. Je zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien en storingen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opsporen en oplossen van machinestoringen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op mechanisch vlak
  • Melden, opvolgen en oplossen van mechanische en technische storingen
  • Meewerken aan toekomstige projecten zoals machine-optimalisaties, nieuwe investeringen en aanpassingen aan de gebouwinfrastructuur
  • Actief meedenken en verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren voor machines en installaties
  • Beheer van de technische stock
  • Correct beheren en gebruiken van de technische documentatie van het machinepark
  • Toepassen en naleven van instructies en ISO-procedures rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
  • Werken volgens geldende BRC-regelgeving

Je werkt in dagdienst (7u00 – 15u30) binnen een modern en geautomatiseerd productieproces. In deze rol krijg je ruimte voor initiatief en bouw je mee aan continue verbetering binnen een stabiele industriële omgeving.

ProfielProfiel

  • Diploma mechanica of elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Technisch inzicht en vaardig in het lezen van mechanische schema’s
  • Vlot met computer en technische software
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Fysiek geschikt en geen hoogtevrees
  • Zelfstandig én teamgericht, communicatief en leergierig
  • Bereid om te werken in dagdienst (7u – 15u30) met flexibele ingesteldheid
