Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker bij onze klant in Sint-Niklaas sta jij dagelijks mee in voor het onderhoud aan alle installaties binnen het magazijn.

Je staat in voor preventief onderhoud, maar gaat ook op zoek naar defecten die je vlot kan analyseren en oplossen

Wat is concreet jouw takenpakket?

  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van de installaties in ons magazijn (Mini load, conveyors, opzetters, wikkelmachines, inline printers, ...). Zowel het preventief onderhoud als het fundamenteel oplossen van storingen behoren tot jouw takenpakket. Je baseert je hiervoor op plannen, schema's of documenten van de constructeur.
  • Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van de installaties die bijdragen tot procesverbetering of het comfort van onze operatoren.
  • Je houdt schema's en documentatie up tot date;
  • Je werkt mee aan de implementatie en opstart van installaties en/of machines: (elektrische) schakelkasten, PLC-sturingen, elektromechanische aandrijvingen,...
  • Je verleent technische bijstand aan de operatoren.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

  • Je het minimaal een technisch secundair onderwijs diploma (elektromechanica of elektriciteit).
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsafdeling van een geautomatiseerd bedrijf.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis elektromechanica. Kennis van PLC en/of frequentiesturingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief en analytisch sterk.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team kan functioneren.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt een algemene PC kennis.
  • Je kan veilig werken en hebt geen probleem om te werken op hoogte (Max. +/-12 meter).
  • Je werkt graag in ploegen (ma-do: 6u-14u / 14u-22u; vrij: 6u-13u / 13u-20u).
