The posting

Ongeveer 90% van je tijd ben je op het terrein. Samen met een collega voer je onderhoud, controles en technische interventies uit aan gespecialiseerde installaties binnen de spoorwegomgeving. De meeste opdrachten situeren zich in Antwerpen, Brussel en Gent, aangevuld met interventies elders.

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan technische installaties.
  • Mechanische, elektromechanische en elektrische storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Technische situaties zelfstandig inschatten en mee bepalen welke aanpak nodig is.
  • Metingen, controles en interventies uitvoeren met professioneel gereedschap en meetapparatuur.
  • Afstemmen met collega's, ingenieurs en projectverantwoordelijken.
  • Afhankelijk van je ervaring: werkzaamheden coördineren en een trekkende rol opnemen op het terrein.

Spoorwegervaring is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Je brengt een stevige technische basis en relevante praktijkervaring mee; Buhlmann leert je de specifieke installaties, procedures en veiligheidsvereisten van de spoorwegomgeving kennen. Ervaring uit industriële maintenance, machinebouw, installatietechniek of field service kan goed aansluiten.

Na de inwerkperiode neem je deel aan het wachtdienstsysteem. Dringende nachtinterventies zijn beperkt tot enkele keren per jaar. Daarnaast is er gemiddeld ongeveer één geplande nachtinterventie per maand, met recuperatie achteraf.

We zoeken een ervaren technieker die zijn vak kent, zelfstandig technische problemen kan aanpakken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een correcte en veilige uitvoering.

  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Meerdere jaren relevante praktijkervaring in onderhoud, industriële installaties, machinebouw, field service of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Sterke basis in mechanica en elektromechanica, aangevuld met voldoende elektrische kennis.
  • Je analyseert problemen methodisch, werkt zelfstandig en overlegt wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je werkt graag op het terrein en voelt je goed in een functie met verplaatsingen.
  • Ervaring als eerste technieker, ploegbaas of werfleider is een troef; ook dan wil je zelf technisch betrokken blijven.
  • Je kan operationeel communiceren in het Nederlands en/of Frans en beschikt over voldoende Engels voor technische communicatie.
