Ben jij een ervaren technieker en weet je hoe belangrijk goed onderhoud is in een productieomgeving? Krijg je energie van storingen oplossen, machines draaiende houden en technische problemen analyseren? Dan zoeken wij jou.

Voor Charless Group zoeken we ervaren techniekers die hun kennis willen inzetten binnen industriële omgevingen. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid en technische uitdaging.

Over Charless Group

Charless Group versterkt technische diensten, productieomgevingen en logistieke bedrijven met ervaren vakmensen. We zorgen ervoor dat bedrijven kunnen blijven draaien door de juiste technische profielen in te zetten waar ze nodig zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ervaren onderhouds- of storingstechnieker sta je in voor onderhoud, herstellingen, controles en optimalisaties van industriële installaties.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en het project kunnen je taken bestaan uit:

• Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines, installaties en productielijnen

• Technische storingen analyseren en efficiënt oplossen

• Werken aan mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen

• Defecten opsporen en de juiste herstellingsaanpak bepalen

• Onderdelen vervangen of herstellen, zoals motoren, sensoren, lagers, riemen, pompen en elektrische componenten

• Technische controles uitvoeren om stilstand te beperken

• Elektrische schema’s, mechanische plannen en technische documentatie lezen

• Meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines, processen en onderhoudsplannen

• Samenwerken met productie, technische dienst, operatoren en verantwoordelijken

• Uitgevoerde werken registreren en technische problemen duidelijk rapporteren

• Veilig, ordelijk en nauwkeurig werken

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een ervaren technieker die zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je past goed bij deze functie als je:

• Meerdere jaren ervaring hebt als onderhoudstechnieker, storingstechnieker, elektromechanieker, mechanieker, industrieel elektricien of revisiemonteur

• Ervaring hebt in een productieomgeving, technische dienst of industriële omgeving

• Sterk bent in het opsporen en oplossen van storingen

• Mechanische en/of elektrische kennis hebt

• Veilig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt

• Snel kan schakelen bij technische problemen

• Helder communiceert met collega’s en verantwoordelijken

• Graag werkt in een afwisselende omgeving

Technische kennis die mooi meegenomen is

Ervaring met één of meerdere van deze zaken is een sterke troef:

• Industrieel onderhoud

• Mechanica, elektriciteit of elektromechanica

• Pneumatiek en hydraulica

• Lassen, montage of revisie

• Storingsanalyse

• Motoren, pompen, lagers, transportbanden en productielijnen

• Elektrische schema’s

• Basiskennis PLC of automatisatie

• Werken volgens onderhoudsplannen en veiligheidsprocedures

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring

• Je hebt ervaring als technieker in een industriële omgeving

• Je kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen

• Je bent flexibel naar taken en werkomgeving

• Je werkt veilig en kwaliteitsgericht

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht

• Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands

• Je bent bereid om te werken bij klanten of projecten in jouw regio

• Je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B
