The posting

Voor onze klant, een specialist in bouwmaterialen in de Antwerpse haven, zijn we op zoek naar ervaren operatoren.

Als Operator neem je alle operationele taken waar die nodig zijn voor de productie en belading.

Je bent een cruciale schakel in het productieproces en bent breed inzetbaar op diverse productielijnen, van mengprocessen tot afzakken.

Het takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat:

– Klaarzetten, afwegen en nauwkeurig doseren van grond- en hulpstoffen voor mengprocessen (m.n. vloeistoffen).

– Monitoren en bedienen van de meng- en vulmachines (bijvoorbeeld dissolvers, mengketels, en afvulinstallaties).

– Bedienen, ombouwen en instellen van de afzakmachines.

– Instellen en opzetten van verpakkingsmaterialen (bv. folie) op de machines.

– Uitvoeren van procescontroles en visuele inspectie van het eindproduct (bijvoorbeeld op viscositeit of kleurconsistentie).

– Vervangen van eenvoudige mechanische onderdelen in de productielijnen.

– Verwerken van restproduct en opkuis van de fabriek, met inbegrip van het reinigen van mengapparatuur en leidingen.

– Assistentie aan chauffeurs bij het laden.

– Intern transport en logistieke handelingen met de heftruck en/of reachtruck. Jou profiel:

– Je hebt reeds enkele jaren relevante ervaring als Operator in een productieomgeving ,

  • tevens aantoonbare ervaring met het mengen, dispergeren of afvullen van vloeistoffen of met het bedienen van afzak- en verpakkingsmachines. verpakkingsmachines. – In het bezit zijn van een Hef- en/of Reachtruck attest is een groot pluspunt. – Je bent bekend met de terminologie en technieken van de mengindustrie zoals batchproductie, doseren en basiskwaliteitscontroles.
  • je start in een 2 ploegensysteem en bent bereid op te schalen naar 3 ploegen indien dit in de toekomst noodzakelijk wordt. – Je werkt nauwkeurig, kritisch en veilig te werk. – Je werkt probleemoplossend en volgens de vereiste technieken –kennis van het Nederlands is vereist owv de veiligheid
  • Je geraakt zelf naar de site in de Antwerpse Haven, gezien er geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt rijdt.
