Q Jobs is een toonaangevend interimkantoor dat gespecialiseerd is in het leveren van hoogwaardige personeelsoplossingen aan diverse bedrijven, met een focus op de bouw- en technische sector voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.Om ons dynamische team te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven collega Payroll medewerker.Werklocatie: Pelt en/of Bilzen (te bekijken in functie van jouw woonplaats).Opgelet! We zoeken iemand voltijds (40 uren)!

Jobomschrijving

Je staat samen met je collega's in voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van payroll- en HR-gerelateerde taken met betrekking tot de uitzendkrachten.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie zijn:Het beheer van de payrolladministratie, inclusief salarissen controleren, verwerken & berekenen, facturatie en andere gerelateerde taken op de dienst "Admin".Zorgen voor naleving van alle wet- en regelgeving binnen de kantoren en het beantwoorden van de vragen van je collega’s hieromtrent.Administratieve aspecten van de tewerkstelling van uitzendkrachten behandelen zoals indexaties, detacheringen, wekelijkse controles op nieuwe klanten, sociale documenten opstellen en versturen, ASR aangiftes doen, enz…Nieuwe wetgeving opvolgen en advies verlenen aan de kantorenHet beheren en verschaffen van administratieve documenten (zoals C4's, tewerkstellingsattesten en andere documenten) op vraag van de uitzendkracht of het kantoorHet aangeven van arbeidsongevallen en weerverletOpvolging en input van ziektes en andere afwezigheden in de verloningHet wekelijks opvolgen van prestaties + verwerken van gewerkte uren

Je beschikt minstens over een Bachelor diploma in een HR richting (of andere relevante studierichting)Je hebt minimum 5 ervaring als Payroll medewerker (bij voorkeur binnen een loonsecretariaat, juridisch gerelateerde HR dienst of binnen de uitzendsector)Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving en kennis van verschillende Paritaire Comités/sectorenUitstekende gesproken en geschreven kennis van het Nederlands Je bent matuur, verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig, stipt, flexibel en gedrevenProactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werkenJe bent een échte teamplayerJe beschikt over een rijbewijs B
