Ben jij een vakman die isometrische plannen moeiteloos omzet in perfect passende pijpleidingen? Heb je ervaring met zowel prefabricatie in het atelier als montage op de werf? Dan ben jij de Pijpfitter die wij zoeken!

Voor een van onze toonaangevende klanten in de industriële sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en ervaren Pijpfitter. Je krijgt de kans om je expertise in te zetten op diverse projecten, van volledige nieuwbouw tot cruciale reparatie- en modificatiewerken.

Jouw concrete werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het aanbrengen van lasvoorbereidingen met behulp van een snijbrander.
  • Het bedienen van hijsmaterieel zoals takels, laadbruggen en kranen.
  • Nauwkeurig aftekenen en plaatsen van merktekens (elevaties en coördinaten).
  • Het vervaardigen van vormmallen en het nemen van maatregelen tegen krimp en vervorming.
  • Het samenstellen en opbouwen van pijpinstallaties op locatie.
  • Het vervaardigen van leiding-systemen met grote diameters (groter dan DN 500 / 20 duim).

Profiel

  • Je kent het vak van pijpfitter door en door, dankzij relevante opleiding en/of ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 à 15 jaar ervaring als pijpfitter.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken op basis van isometrische plannen.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit; je respecteert te allen tijde de veiligheidsverplichtingen. (Een VCA-attest is een sterke troef).
  • Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van hijswerktuigen.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om door de onderneming georganiseerde opleidingen te volgen om bij te blijven met de nieuwste technieken.
  • Je bent een echte vakman die trots is op de kwaliteit van zijn werk.
