FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Weet jij van aanpakken, hou je van actie op de werf en krijg je het warm van het woord "teamleider"? Dan hebben wij misschien jouw volgende job al klaarliggen – en nee, je hoeft het beton niet zelf te gieten (tenzij je dat stiekem leuk vindt)

Als ploegbaas ben jij de kapitein van jouw team op de werf. Je stuurt je mensen aan tijdens grond-, funderings-, riolerings- en omgevingswerken en zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt.

  • Je houdt het overzicht op de werf
  • Je communiceert vlot met de werfleider en de planners
  • Je steekt ook zélf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkplek
  • En je zorgt dat je team gemotiveerd en goedgezind aan de dag begint (extra punten als je koffie kan zetten)

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt al wat kilometers op de teller als ploegbaas
  • Je denkt mee, vooruit én praktisch
  • Je werkt netjes, veilig en met oog voor detail
  • Je bent een teamplayer met leiderskills (en een vleugje humor is mooi meegenomen)
  • Vroeg beginnen schrikt je niet af — je bent sowieso al wakker voor de haan kraait
  • Je hebt een VCA-certificaat of bent bereid dat te halen
  • Rijbewijs B heb je op zak (BE? Dan gaan we helemaal wild!)
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
