Wat ga je doen?

  • Verzekeringsvoorstellen uitwerken: Samen met de klant ontwikkel je op maat gemaakte verzekeringsoplossingen.
  • Offertes omzetten in contracten: Je vertaalt offertes naar bindende contracten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Polissen beheren: Je actualiseert bestaande polissen, beëindigt contracten waar nodig en volgt dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Klantcontact onderhouden: Je informeert klanten en onderhoudt contacten met verschillende partijen om dossiers efficiënt af te handelen en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Minimaal één jaar ervaring als polisbeheerder.
  • Taalvaardig: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Teamplayer: Je geniet ervan om samen met collega's doelen na te streven en klanten gelukkig te maken.
  • Verantwoordelijk: Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent gemotiveerd om je werk tot in de puntjes af te leveren.
  • Professioneel en betrouwbaar: Deze eigenschappen zitten in je DNA en je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
