Jobomschrijving

Voor een technisch gespecialiseerd bedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in maintenance voor de industrie, gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een ervaren pomptechnieker / technieker rotating equipment. Je versterkt de revisieafdeling en staat in voor mechanische revisies en herstellingen aan industriële pompen en rotating equipment. Je werkt zowel in de eigen werkplaats als op interventie bij klanten in de industrie en (petro)chemie.

Je ontvangt een correct loon dat meegroeit met je ervaring, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques en een hospitalisatieverzekering. Daarnaast krijg je een bedrijfswagen voor utilitair gebruik, een smartphone en degelijke werkkledij. Je komt terecht in een vaste job binnen een technisch gespecialiseerde omgeving, met ondersteuning en opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Wat staat er op jou te wachten als Technieker Rotating Equipment ?

  • Industriële centrifugaalpompen, verdringerpompen, sealsystemen en ander rotating equipment demonteren, reviseren en monteren
  • Binnengekomen machines grondig inspecteren en slijtage en schadebeelden nauwkeurig beoordelen
  • Lagers, mechanical seals, dichtingen en assen vervangen en onderdelen zorgvuldig opmeten
  • Pompen en motoren vakkundig uitlijnen voor een optimale en trillingsvrije werking
  • Technische controles uitvoeren en je werkzaamheden duidelijk rapporteren
  • Zowel in de werkplaats als bij klanten op industriële sites technische interventies uitvoeren
  • Veilig en kwalitatief werken volgens de geldende voorschriften, waaronder VCA/ATEX
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als pomptechnieker, mechanieker revisies of technieker rotating equipment
  • Een sterke mechanische kennis van industriële pompen, lagers, mechanical seals en uitlijningstechnieken, gecombineerd met vlot gebruik van meetgereedschappen en technische schema's
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken zit in je aanpak; bij interventies denk je oplossingsgericht en flexibel
  • Ervaring met interventies op industriële sites is een plus
