Deze organisatie opereert in de procesindustrie en ontwikkelt en produceert watergedragen polymeerproducten en additieven voor de verpakkings- en coatingindustrie. Met circa 230 medewerkers werk je in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop staan. In ploegendiensten ben je verantwoordelijk voor droge en natte processtappen, het beheren van grondstoffen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. De organisatie investeert in technische opleidingen en biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden naar specialistische onderhouds- of procesfuncties. Je draagt bij aan productiedoelstellingen binnen strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen en werkt samen met operators, laboranten en het onderhoudsteam om verstoringen snel op te lossen. Functie-inhoud - Je zorgt voor het soepel laten verlopen van de geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. - Je bedient en bewaakt procesinstallaties en voert opstart-, afstel- en controleroutines uit. - Je beheert grondstoffen en halffabricaten en zet productieplanningen om in duidelijke werkopdrachten. - Je neemt productiemonsters, valideert analyseresultaten en rapporteert afwijkingen en kwaliteitsissues. - Je signaleert en verhelpt storingen, voert eenvoudige storings- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en schakelt op tijd specialistische ondersteuning in. - Je ondersteunt het onderhoudsteam tijdens shutdowns en doet aanbevelingen voor procesoptimalisatie en veiligheidsverbetering. - Je werkt op twee productielijnen in een semi-continu productieproces met zowel natte als droge processtappen en werkt samen met 2 tot 3 operators per shift. - Je stelt recepten en procesparameters in en past deze aan binnen afgesproken grenzen. - Je voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit (smeren, reinigen, afstellen) en schakelt bij complexere storingen de technische dienst of shiftleider in. - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor monstername en kwaliteitsmetingen zoals temperatuur, druk en viscositeit en werkt..

- MBO Procestechniek of afgeronde opleiding Operator B of Operator C. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de chemische industrie of procesindustrie. - Diploma Bedrijfsbrandweer Manschap of bereidheid dit te behalen. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst (inclusief nachtdiensten). - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en basiskennis van Engels. - Ervaring met het volgen van procedures, het afhandelen van meldingen en het schrijven van rapportages. - Analytisch vermogen en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
