Ben jij een talent in het begeleiden van projecten én het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties? In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische kennis met commercieel inzicht en neem je de regie over diverse klant- en projecttrajecten. Als Projectcoördinator, Technical Account Manager of Project Engineer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne teams.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Coördineren van projectactiviteiten van opstart tot succesvolle implementatie.
  • Opvolgen van projectresultaten aan de hand van vastgelegde doelstellingen en prestatie-indicatoren.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kostprijs en voortgang van projecten.
  • Toepassen van gestructureerde projectmethodieken en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Onderhouden van dagelijkse contacten met klanten tijdens en na afloop van projecten.
  • Signaleren van risico's en proactief zoeken naar oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van offertes, budgetten en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte uitvoering van projecten te garanderen.
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van klanten om relaties verder uit te bouwen en opportuniteiten te detecteren.

Je bent een communicatieve en georganiseerde professional die energie haalt uit klantencontacten en projectopvolging. Je combineert technisch inzicht met een klantgerichte aanpak en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring heeft met projectcoördinatie, projectmanagement of klantbeheer.
  • Affiniteit heeft met een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Technische processen snel begrijpt en zich graag verder verdiept in operationele activiteiten.
  • Sterk is in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Vlot overweg kan met de gangbare Microsoft Office-toepassingen, waaronder Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Methodisch en gestructureerd werkt met aandacht voor continue verbetering.
  • Goed functioneert binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Initiatief neemt en anderen weet te enthousiasmeren.
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Klantgericht denkt en professioneel communiceert op elk niveau.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel is wanneer deadlines naderen.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft.
  • Bereid is om regelmatig klanten te bezoeken.
