Over de organisatie Onze klant is een algemeen aannemer die zich toespitst op B2B klanten en overheidsbedrijven die hun gebouwen willen renoveren, uitbreiden of nieuw willen bouwen. Ze werken hiervoor samen met vaste onderaannemers per expertise. Owv groei zoeken we naar een extra projectleider om het team daar te versterken.

Over je nieuwe functie

Als projectleider ben je steeds voor enkele projecten tegelijkertijd verantwoordelijk. Dit betekent concreet:

  • De werken technisch voorbereiden, het contracteren van diverse onderaannemers, planning opstellen, de uitvoering organiseren, de werfvergaderingen leiden en doorheen het project contact houden met de betrokken bouwpartners (bouwheer, architect, studiebureau).
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de ploegbazen van de betrokken aannemers en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Afhankelijk van de fase van het bouwproject zal je vooral op kantoor werken of meer op verplaatsing zijn.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van je projecten maar krijgt hulp van 2 collega's voor technische fiches en vorderingstaten.
  • Je rapporteert (op een zeer informele manier) aan de zaakvoerder.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn? We kijken voor deze functie uit naar een Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde/ Bachelor Bouw. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Maar een junior profiel met de juiste ingesteldheid kan hier ook de nodige begeleiding vinden bij de zeer ervaren collega's. Belangrijk hierbij is een goed inzicht in het bouwproces alsook het goed kunnen plannen, coördineren en bijhouden van je budget en administratie. Je bent een vlotte communicator met voldoende kennis Frans.
