Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je leidt HVAC-projecten van A tot Z: van voorbereiding tot oplevering, met focus op rendement, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid
  • Je stuurt ploeg- en werfleiders aan en fungeert als schakel tussen werf, klant en projectmanager
  • Je bewaakt de planning, maakt technische keuzes en volgt materiaal- en personeelsinzet nauwgezet op
  • Je analyseert offertes, bereidt facturatie voor en grijpt in bij afwijkingen of knelpunten
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werven en vertegenwoordigt het project in werfvergaderingen
  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of ingenieursdiploma en hebt ervaring binnen HVAC of gelijkaardige technische projecten
  • Je hebt ervaring op de werf en neemt verantwoordelijkheid met natuurlijke flair en technische kennis
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, klantgericht en communiceert vlot met zowel collega’s als externe partners
