Wil je je ervaring in de verzekeringssector inzetten voor KMO-klanten en tegelijk verder groeien in een menselijke, moderne werkomgeving? In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om klanten persoonlijk te adviseren, verzekeringsoplossingen op maat uit te werken en dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen. Je komt terecht in een groeiend team waar samenwerking en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als relatiebeheerder KMO Verzekeringen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor KMO-klanten. Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant kan rekenen op advies en verzekeringsoplossingen die aansluiten bij zijn situatie.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Je adviseert KMO-klanten en werkt verzekeringsoplossingen op maat uit.
  • Je vraagt offertes aan en onderhandelt met verzekeraars.
  • Je volgt verzekeringsdossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je bereidt klantgesprekken voor en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt de klantenrelatie en denkt mee met de noden en opportuniteiten van KMO-klanten.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's om klanten een kwalitatieve service te bieden.

Wie zoeken we?

Noodzakelijk

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringssector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met verzekeringsdossiers en klantenadvies.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een persoonlijke en menselijke aanpak in het contact met klanten en collega's.

Mooi meegenomen

  • Ervaring met KMO-klanten binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Ervaring als relatiebeheerder of dossierbeheerder.
  • Je hebt interesse in een commerciële rol, maar ook een meer back-office invulling is bespreekbaar.
