Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde integrator met expertise in o.a. telecommunicatie, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Telecom Service Engineer om hun team in Brugge te komen versterken. Deze organisatie zet volop in op innovatieve technologieën zoals Artificiële Intelligentie en slimme telecom-oplossingen, cloud-oplossingen en wired/wireless networks.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket als Service Engineer eruit?

  • Je programmeert en configureert zowel hardware (VoIP) als software en voert de installatie bij de klant uit.
  • Je installeert upgrades en bent verantwoordelijk voor interventies en het onderhoud van hardware.
  • Je stelt diagnoses en herstelt fouten van zowel hardware als software.
  • Je doet de voorbereiding van nieuwe installaties en voert ze daarna uit.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren relevante werkervaring en een goede netwerkkennis i.c.m. kennis van VoIP, datanetwerken en van communicatie gerelateerde hard- en software
  • Je hebt ervaring met implementaties van Unified Communications oplossingen (waaronder Microsoft Teams, Alcatel Lucent, 3CX en Wildix).
  • Je bent graag op de baan en je combineert jouw technische kennis perfect met een uitgesproken klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatievaardigheden.
