Heb je ervaring met spuitschilderen en ben jij iemand die pas tevreden is wanneer de afwerking écht goed zit? In deze lakkerij krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen het team en kan je op termijn ook extra verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor het spuiten en afwerken van onderdelen voor houten ramen en deuren.
  • Je zorgt voor een egale en kwalitatieve afwerking volgens de gevraagde specificaties.
  • Je bereidt materialen en oppervlakken correct voor voordat je begint te spuiten.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk en merkt onregelmatigheden of fouten snel op.
  • Je houdt de lakkerij, materialen en werkzone ordelijk en netjes.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega binnen de lakkerij en stemt de werkzaamheden onderling af.
  • Dankzij jouw ervaring denk je mee over een goede organisatie en efficiënte manier van werken.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is actief in de sector ramen & deuren en kan terugblikken op meer dan 70 jaar expertise in de sector. Productie en ontwerp wordt inhouse gedaan, zowel in hout, aluminium en pvc. Ze leggen nadruk op kwaliteit en duurzaamheid, eveneens wordt er aandacht geschonken aan het personeel door middel van een zomerdrink, nieuwjaarsreceptie, team-building activiteiten en veel meer.

  • Je hebt ervaring met spuitschilderen of volgde hiervoor een relevante opleiding.
  • Je hebt een goed oog voor kleur, afwerking en kleine kwaliteitsverschillen.
  • Je werkt netjes, georganiseerd en zorgvuldig.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat.
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands en Engels om vlot met je collega's samen te werken.
